Ajay Trehan is a pioneer in modern background screening process outsourcing. He founded AuthBridge, www.authbridge.com in 2005 and has built the company into a leading authority on background check management in India.

Before turning an entrepreneur, Ajay had a distinguished career with ICI India where he held leadership positions in operations and sales. His ability to recognize new business opportunities when markets and technologies are in transition also prompted him to co author CORE BPO.

Sujitha Karnad

Sujitha brings 25 years of experience in IT services spanning Telecom, Industrial control & processes, Semiconductor industry, banking and Healthcare IT solutions. Last eleven years spent in the management of outsourcing in technology & applications across geographies and cultures. Have been successful in creating new business lines, leading high growth businesses, nurturing start-ups and engineering teams, turning around under performing assets and building enduring relationships.

Rajan Kalia

Rajan Kalia is currently Director & Head of Human Resources with Max New York Life Insurance(MNYL). Under his leadership, MNYL won global recognition with the Gallup Great Work Place Award 2009, the Great Place to Work Award consecutively (2008,2009) & Best Companies to Work For in India in the BT-Mercer-TNS survey, 2008.

Prior to MNYL, Rajan has worked with leading corporations like Coca Cola, Eicher Consultancy Services(ECS) & Ballarpur Industries. Over the years, Rajan has been instrumental in setting up HR functions and formulating the philosophy, strategy and policies. He has expertise in the areas of Performance Management, Compensation, Training and Management Development. He has built HR functions ground up at two organizations and played a strategic role in organizations’ growth.

Rajan is a management graduate from University Business School, Punjab University(1992 ) . He is an adventurous trekker and an avid reader.
