Ravish Dhamija - Founder
Prior to co founding firms in HR space like Flexi Staffing Solutions * and P Factor India in 2006, and RA-DONAR Training (Outbound Residential L&D campus) in 2007, Ravish worked with Hewitt Associates for five years starting 2001. Hewitt is a global leader in human resources consulting and outsourcing. In his last role, Ravish was the APAC service delivery leader in the MPHRO (Multi Process HR Outsourcing) practice at Hewitt.
At PFI, Ravish works with key firms’ leadership teams working thru their leadership & learning challenges. Ravish has a bachelors degree in commerce and a business degree in management from Institute of Management studies, Ghaziabad.
R Gopal Krishna
Gopal has worked for over 20 years with leading companies like AOL, ING, NIIT, 24/7, Hewitt etc. Across his career Gopal has handled leadership roles in L&D, Sales and operations, and was a co founder at NIS Sparta.
At PFI, Gopal works with key corporations understanding & articulating their leadership & learning challenges and providing thought leadership, besides building a strong backend delivery backbone. Gopal is an engineer & has a business degree in management from Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore.
